    This shop works on Tesla's, AMEN!! My car was hit and ran last year and I met with David at this shop. He left a great impression as did the shop. Some rust water got on my car from a pipe in the garage so I went here to see if any damage was caused. The gals up front were super nice, friendly yet professional. I met with Helen and didn't have the best experience. She was pushing her hand pretty hard back in forth on the area. I asked her nicely to not do that it will scratch the paint. She told me her fingers won't cause any damage. I said the dirt will. This action is basically grinding whatever dirt is on the car into the paint. She seemed kind of offended and said she HAS to do that to feel the area. Helen was nice but this is like car basics 101. This was not the only course of action.. If feeling it with your hands is the only way to go.. hit the spot with some rinse-less car wash and a microfiber towel first to clean the area. Gloves would be a nice touch as well.. I wasn't going to post anything because I like the place and want a good relationship. However she kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Instead of realizing she is talking to someone who knows a thing or two about cars and correcting her actions she chose to add insult to injury and pressed on rubbing the paint and throwing out that she "HAS to". Not cool Helen, you are actually scratching the cars of people who are coming there. You can still see her fingerprints.., now I gotta get out the scratch and swirl remover to see how deep the scratches are on this panel.

    City Collision provides a thoughtful, concise and efficient process to getting your vehicle back on the road! They do not let insurance companies push them around and do whatever it takes to get your vehicle back to factory condition. I have never been through something like this and I wouldn't have rather gone through it anywhere else. Hopefully do not have to go through it again for a long long time. My worries that the truck would never be the same again are long gone, it came back newer that I had even purchased it a few weeks before getting hit. Thank you to the whole team over at City for the great experience, for taking great care of my beloved truck and getting my life back on track after such a nightmare the day of the accident. Will be coming back anytime they can perform a service I'll need.

    Fantastic Service!! Me and my husband were in a car accident not so long ago. After the accident, our Tesla model three bumper was looking horrible. A friend of ours recommended us to check out City Collision Center to get it fixed. We knew we would be using a rental car while our car was being repaired. Jazell informed us that preordering the parts would result in having the rental for less than expected which was great! She kept us well informed and updated us consistently! We were very happy with our experience and felt very welcomed upon arrival and exiting by Veronica. Would definitely recommend!
